These terms govern your use of lokeai.tv, operated by Loke AI LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. By creating an account you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Films labelled Mature are for viewers who are 18 or older; before one plays you confirm you are 18 or older, and we record that confirmation. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, or that a viewer under 18 has misrepresented their age to watch a Mature film, we close the account.
LokeTV publishes short films. Each carries a maturity label (All audiences, Teen, or Mature) and a list of content descriptors such as Nudity, Violence or Language, set by the creator and reviewed by us. The Content Guidelines describe every label. A label is our own description of the film, not a rating issued by any ratings board.
Watching is free. An account lets you rate films, choose whether Mature titles are shown to you, and join the mailing list. One account is one person; do not share your login.
Breaking any of these ends your account.
A creator keeps the copyright in their films. By publishing on LokeTV a creator grants Loke AI LLC a worldwide licence to host, transcode, stream and promote the film on the site and in its mailings for as long as it stays published. A creator can unpublish a film at any time from their account. A creator confirms that every person appearing in a film consented to appear and, where the film is labelled Mature, was an adult when it was made.
Everything on the site is owned by Loke AI LLC or licensed to it by the creator who published it. Your account grants you personal viewing access and no licence to reuse anything.
You can delete your account from your account page at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms. We keep the records the law requires, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. To the extent the law allows, Loke AI LLC is not liable to you for any indirect loss arising from your use of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
